We are happy to report that on February 6 2009, Micaela Renee La Serna was born. She was born at 7:55 .m. and weighed exactly 7 lbs and was 20 inches long. We are so proud of Jill for sticking through with the VBAC all the way through to the end! Mateo was very sweet and tried to give her lots of hugs and kisses. He cried when he left the hospital, saying he wanted to play with his little sister some more. Very sweet. . .
Es nuestro gran placer avisarlos que hoy, el 6 de febrero de 2009, Micaela Renee La Serna nacio. La hora exacta del parto fue las 7:55 de la manana, con unas 7 libras y 20 pulgadas. Nosotros bien orgullosos de Jill por haber hecho el parto vaginal despues de tener una cesaria la vez pasada. Mateo fue muy tierno con su hermanita, dandole muchos besos y abrazos. Cuando llego la hora de irse, Mateo lloro mucho, diciendo que queria quedar jugando con su "hermanita." Que lindo!

Congratulations! She is beautiful! The pictures of her and Mateo are priceless. You'll love having a little girl around the house.
